1. Butter with sea salt crystals. For breakfast: melted on a fresh baguette. For dinner: melted over fresh pasta with shaved parmesan and arugula from the garden. There is nothing that is not made better with this butter.
2. Ready-to-Bake Tart Pastry made with real butter. I've been making this fresh tomato tart every week, but zuchinni and carmalized onions would also be delicious. They also make a sweeter pastry for fruit tarts.
